Commissioners must be over 18 years old.
Payment must be made in advance and in full via Paypal invoice.
GingerlyBreadArt reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. In the event that a commission is canceled after being paid for, the amount will be refunded in full.
Once the work is completed, GingerlyBreadArt will send it to the commissioner for approval. The full resolution image will be provided either via email or a private Imgur link. If there is no reply from the commissioner after a week since sending the completed work, the work will be assumed as approved and will be posted.Completed commission work will be posted to GingerlyBreadArt’s social media accounts, currently including Cohost, FurAffinity, and Bluesky.
The commissioner will be tagged in the post with the username they used to contact GingerlyBreadArt. If the commissioner wishes to be credited under another name, or uncredited/anonymous, GingerlyBreadArt will abide by this request.The commissioner, by paying for this piece, has full authority to use the art for NON-COMMERCIAL use. Commercial use including (but not limited to) the sale of t-shirts, prints, and other merchandise with the commissioned art included is strictly prohibited, and may result in being blacklisted.Using work by GingerlyBreadArt in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future innovations in the space is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting. Using work by GingerlyBreadArt to train AI models is also strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.Editing of the commission after final approval and without GingerlyBreadArt’s permission is not allowed, and may result in the commissioner being blacklisted from future commissions and correspondence.When the commissioned work is posted on a social media platform, it is asked that the commissioner credits GingerlyBreadArt.
